BIOGRAPHY
Andre Autz leads the Civil Litigation practice at Nacmias Law Firm, where he brings extensive experience and strategic insight to both plaintiffs and defendants across a range of legal disputes. A specialist in federal litigation, Andre has successfully represented clients in matters involving ADA compliance and other complex civil cases. His expertise extends to assisting in the firm’s Landlord-Tenant practice, where he helps navigate case strategy, settlement negotiations, and litigation when necessary.
With a sharp legal mind and a results-driven approach, Andre has quickly established himself as an expert in civil litigation. His ability to handle multifaceted litigation matters makes him a valuable resource for clients seeking tailored solutions in high-stakes situations. From drafting pleadings to advocating in federal courts, Andre ensures that clients’ interests are protected at every stage.
Andre earned his J.D. from New York Law School in 2019, where he focused on Intellectual Property and Real Estate Law. During law school, he served as a pro bono volunteer with Legal Services NYC, assisting vulnerable communities with legal representation. Andre also gained practical experience as a Project Manager at the NYC Department of Design and Construction, managing large-scale municipal projects that required precision and legal compliance.
Before pursuing law, Andre graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. His technical background and problem-solving skills are assets in handling complex legal matters involving real estate, construction, and regulatory issues.
Andre has been with Nacmias Law Firm for over four years, working on Real Estate Law, OATH/ECB violations, and civil litigation.
